Refund a Dispute Alert

Initiate a payment refund for a matched pre-chargeback dispute alert. The refund is issued against the alert's original payment execution and the alert moves to RefundInitiated until the refund settles. When the payment was already refunded, no money moves and the alert is resolved directly. User-only: system and API-key callers are rejected. Gated by the disputeAlertManualRefundEnabled feature flag.
