Przelewy24 via Adyen

Accept Przelewy24 payments from customers in Poland with Adyen as the payment service provider (PSP). Adyen lists Przelewy24 as Online banking Poland. The customer selects Przelewy24, chooses their bank on the Przelewy24 page, confirms the payment, and returns to your site.

Before you begin

Complete these steps before you send your first Przelewy24 payment through Adyen:

Set up an Adyen integration in your workspace. Follow the Adyen integration setup guide if you don’t have one yet.
Ask Adyen to enable Online banking Poland on your Adyen merchant account.
Configure Adyen webhook notifications for your integration.
In the Payrails Portal, go to Settings → Integrations, open your Adyen integration, select Przelewy24 under Payment methods, and save.
Add Przelewy24 as a payment option in your workflow.
Show the Przelewy24 terms and information notice in your checkout, as Przelewy24 requires.

Request fields for Adyen

Send these fields in the authorize request, in addition to the standard authorize fields. Required fields must be present for the payment to succeed. Payrails sends Optional fields to the PSP when you include them.

`meta.customer.email`	Required	Up to 50 characters. Sent to Adyen as the shopper email.
`meta.customer.name`, `meta.customer.lastName`	Optional	Sent to Adyen as the shopper name.
`meta.customer.country.code`	Optional	Sent to Adyen as the country code, for example `PL`.
`meta.order.softDescriptor`	Optional	Shown on the customer’s bank statement.
`meta.order.lines`	Optional	Sent to Adyen as line items.

Authorize a Przelewy24 payment

Call authorize a payment with przelewy24 as the paymentMethodCode. The response includes the redirect to Przelewy24.

After the customer confirms the payment, Przelewy24 returns them to your success or error URL. The bank confirmation can take from a few minutes to a few hours. Confirm the result through webhook notifications or the execution status before you fulfill the order.

How Adyen handles Przelewy24

The customer picks their bank on the Przelewy24 page after the redirect, so you don’t send a bank in the request.
Payrails checks the customer email before it calls Adyen. A missing email, or one longer than 50 characters, returns an error.
Adyen captures Przelewy24 payments automatically. When Adyen confirms the authorization, Payrails also records the capture, so the payment completes in one step.
Przelewy24 through Adyen supports customer-initiated payments only. Payrails rejects an MIT before it calls Adyen.
